Phosphorescent – Aw Come Aw Wry

This album may have been the first album somebody I didn’t know recommended to me over the internet.

If fact this was the first recommendation from a girl in Michigan who would almost become my sole source of music for the next 2 years. It felt especially weird getting recommendations for Brisbane bands I didn’t know from a girl in Michigan.

This album almost has an experimental feel to it, with the number of real songs on it probably making it feel more like an ep than a full album.

I’m not sure what ever happened to that girl in Michigan, but I owe a lot of my music collection from around 2006-07 to her, so I hope she is doing good.

You can get the CD here.
